is a proven performance multigrade manual transmission oil. This highly shear stable fluid is designed specifically for passenger car manual transmissions.
Product description
Formulated with a mineral oil base and mild-EP additives, MTF 94 is not designed around a specific SAE viscosity grade classification, but approximates to SAE 75W80.

Applications
MTF 94 is specifically designed around the demands of the passenger car manual transmissions used in Rover, Land Rover and Mini vehicles. MTF 94 is recommended for models equipped with the Rover PG-1, R65, R380 and Getrag 283 transmissions (Rover 200, 400, 600, 800, 25, 45, 75, MG-F; Land Rover Freelander, Defender, Discovery and Range Rover). It is not recommended for the GFT MT-82 six-speed transmission (fitted to the 2007 model Land Rover Defender)
Meeting these demands means that MTF 94 is also suitable for use in manual transmissions fitted to other modern passenger cars and car-derived vans, particularly those manufactured by Honda. MTF 94 is also suitable for use in light-duty non-hypoid transfer boxes and ZEXEL limited slip axles
Although this fluid has the performance level API GL-4, the demands of passenger car and heavy duty transmissions are not exactly the same and it is recommended that a dedicated heavy duty gear oil such as Geartex EP-A or Multigear is used in heavy duty synchronized manual transmissions requiring an API GL-4 fluid. MTF 94 should not be used in automotive transmissions, transaxles or differentials that require an API GL-5 gear lubricant
